Camp NaNoWriMo starts in three days. Who’s ready? I’m not.
I’ll be adding 50,000 words to my novel Hunter that’s already about 50,000 words in.
It’s outlined and halfway or so finished, so there’s not too much planning involved.
But I do have to read through what I have so far. I can’t add on words when I have no idea what already happened in the story.
Sure, I could just read the outline, but then I wouldn’t get the full effect. I wouldn’t have all the details.
So, in the next three days, I have to read 50,000 words of my novel and figure out where I want to go next with the story.
I thought I had more time than this. Time got away from me this month. I’m not really sure how that happened.
Are you prepared for Camp to start?
