I had a post idea for today, but I never wrote it.
Kris, our friend, and I were supposed to have a Harry Potter marathon. The full eight movies right in a row, with comfy clothes, food inspired by the movie, etc.
I made butterbeer cookies, Kris made sorting hat cupcake, and our friend made chocolate frogs.
I was going to have pictures for you all, but I never ended up going.
I woke up Christmas Eve morning with a terrible head cold and I can’t get rid of it.
So that’s how my winter vacation from work is going… the kids got me sick and I had to cancel all my plans. I’m supposed to go to Disney on Ice tomorrow and I won’t be going to that, either…
I haven’t gotten sick once throughout 2016 and it’s been a weird year. I’m ending it with a bang, apparently.
So, if you’re wondering why I haven’t commented on your blog or respnded to comments on my own blog, this is why.
I’m writing this on my phone as my head has been throbbing too much to go to on the computer.
At least I’m getting the sickness over now and I’ll be starting the new year fresh as a daisy!
