I have disabled the contact form until further notice. Unfortunately, I have received a huge amount of spam lately. In addition, I have gotten so many requests from people who clearly have gone straight to the contact form without bothering to read any guidelines, any posts to see what this website is about, who my audience is, or who I am.
Normally, I delete these emails when it’s obvious someone hasn’t taken the time to check out my website, but I can’t take the time to read every message to gauge which emails are legit and which aren’t. The number of messages has become overwhelming and they flood my inbox. So, I’ve taken the contact form away because I need a break. It will be back once I figure out a better way to filter these emails.
I apologize but I feel this needs to be done. I’m trying to run a business. I’m trying to run this website as a safe space and a source of knowledge and inspiration for readers and writers alike. I enjoy what I do and I only ask for a little common courtesy in return.
