Reading
I sort of got back into my reading groove this month. I read four books keeping myself on par for my Goodreads challenge. I read one book a week, though I hope to get myself back into a better reading routine soon.
My Reading List has been updated with the current books I’ve read and reviewed.
Writing
I wrote at least 2,000 words a day on my novel The Lost Girl. I ended up winning Camp NaNoWriMo on April 22 with a little over 50,000 words. However, the story still isn’t finished yet and there are still three days (including today) left of Camp. I’m going to keep writing until it’s done.
Blogging
Blogging was slow this month due to Camp, but I was able to get a good chunk of my May posts done.
Thanks to those of you who heard my plea about my blog and its content. I appreciate all the feedback and positive comments I got from my blog. I have many new ideas for my blog in the upcoming months, so I hope you’ll all be pleased!
If you would like to be part of my blog, go check out the Be a Guest Blogger page. I’d love to have you!
Overall
April was a great month. I feel as though I got a lot accomplished. I’m going to sit down and go through everything I have (writing and blogging) and get myself organized and go from there.
