Annnd We’re Behind Once Again…
I believe I told you all that switched Internet providers, yes? We have Comcast instead of Verizon. I don’t mind this, but when the guy hooked everything up he definitely messed something up around somewhere.
We have four boxes: the basement, my room, my sister’s room, and the living room. The boxes in the living room and my room are the same and the boxes in the basement and my sister’s room are the same, but different than the living room and my room. However, even though the. Basement is the same as my sister’s, the basement box is the main box. And that just happens to be the messed up one.
We’re supposed to get On Demand and the HBO and Starz channels. Every box has them except the basement TV doesn’t get it. It just tells us that it’s not hooked up, but we get it in every other room. So we need to get that fixed. On a random note, the box in my room and the living room don’t show the time or channel number on the box. Not that that’s important or anything, but I’m just throwing it out there because I’m used to sitting up in my bed when I wake up in the middle of the night to look at the time and now I don’t see it. Then I get confused because I’m still sleepy and not with it at all.
Here’s the good part of this whole thing: he Internet is now all screwed up. Well, not really…it’s just my computer, o course. Aside from my sister, I’m on the Internet the most and this is what I get. The Internet is obnoxiously slow on my laptop now. I can still get on and do things, but I don’t because the slowness just makes me so frustrated.
This is why I have now written in a couple days. No, you do not have to use the Internet to write, but I have been planning out the novel on my writing app on my iPod. Also, I am unable to post on here which is why I have not posted in a couple of days. I’m posting this through my iPod right now.
The other reason as to why I have not been writing is because I’m sick again. That’s right…my immune system officially hates me. So I can check off pneumonia, laryngitis, mono, and stomachs bug off my list. Those are all the things I had from October 2012 through December 2012. And it’s continuing through January 2013…it’s just a cold, but it’s a pretty bad one. I’ve got a terrible cough, my nose is all stuffed up to the point that I can’t breath, and if I had a dollar for every time I sneezed, I would be a millionaire right now. I am back on my inhaler and he humidifier is back on when I sleep.
Anyway, I will continue to try to post on here as well as write some more and read. But I don’t know when my computer is going to be fixed and I don’t know when I’m going to be feeling better…we’ll just have to wait and see.
