My Review:
I don’t read poetry often, but I was blown away by the pieces in this collection.
Each poem discusses a certain theme, most of them are complex and emotional, but each and every one of them has an important lesson and means something to the author and to the reader alike. We all go through similar stages in life and Jasmine Farrell describes some of these life-lemons beautifully.
Some poems were long, others were short, with a couple being only one to three lines. The collection is a very quick read, though to get the full effect of each poem it’s best to take your time. However, I read it in one sitting as I couldn’t put it down.
Each poem is very elegant and tell wonderful stories. Whether you read poetry or not, you won’t be disappointed by this collection.
