Writing
I’ve been making great progress with my creative writing lately. I’ve been going back and forth between George Florence & The Perfect Alibi as well as Crossroads. I’ll admit, I’ve been working more on Crossroads than I have been with my mystery though. Crossroads will be coming to Wattpad in September while George and Lilah are planned for 2020.
I re-worked the whole outline and started my rewrites for the second draft. I’ll soon be able to begin my edits of the story and then come September, it should be all set to go. I’m looking forward to sharing it with you all. I’m so in love with this story!
Blogging
Since I’m going on vacation at the end of the month, I’ve been doing a lot of extra blogging. I finished off July’s posts and got a decent headstart on August’s posts. By that, I mean I’m working on the blog graphics since I won’t have access to Photoshop for the next two weeks. This way I can work on August’s posts and no worry about having to do the graphics later.
Overall
July has been quite busy but I’m keeping up with things and I’m making great progress. I’m happy where I am right now.
This may be entirely out of line, and you may have already posted on the subject, but I would LOVE to know more about how you use WattPad and why it works for you. I look at it and get intimidated, and I also think it might be mostly for a younger target audience. I know it’s a silly ask, but it’s something I’d really enjoy reading about.
Sounds like you’re back to being your usual productive and busy self. 🙂
I’m working on the revisions/rewrites for my adventure story, plus making sure August’s posts that can be done ahead of time are done, while dealing with those that need to be done closer to publication for the rest of July.
