Reading
I read a good amount this month. Most of the books I read were in the span of one week while I was on vacation, but that’s fine. I may finally be getting back into my reading habits again!
Check out my Reading List to see what I read this month and their reviews.
Writing
My writing was kind of a mess this month… I participated in Camp NaNo to write short stories for next year and I also attempted to work on a novel at the same time. I worked on both, didn’t finish either of them, but I made it to 50k words. So that’s something.
I had hoped to get more done, but… oh, well. I made some sort of progress and I’m happy with that.
Blogging
This month was just like any other month when it came to blogging. I’m currently in the works of updating this blog and making a few changes. If you want to know more about that, please consider signing up for my newsletter. It’s free and will give you more insight on myself as a writer and this blog. If you’re still unsure, check out more information about it here.
Overall
July was a good month. It was busy, but progress was made and ideas were thought of. I’m looking forward to August!

You are never NOT busy, Rachel! My July was blocked out with editing, guests, and swimming. More of the same for August!
Lol, I know. I always have something going on!
Sounds like you had a great month though!
I did! Fun with my kids! (who aren’t kids anymore!)
That’s nice!
What a month of July.
I’m excited for August.
I am too. Though I can’t believe we’re already in August.
Neither can I. Time flies.
22 more days for you. 😉
Don’t remind me. I’m not ready.
