August is my last month before I have to go back to work. I’m hoping to get a lot done and get my writing projects in order.
What are your plans for the month?
It’s August already?
The clock’s ticking. 😛
My one goal this month is to write a short story that I plan to submit to another blog. The deadline is August 26th. There’s no special prize, but it’s a way to keep the creative juices flowing.
That’s a good goal to have. Good luck with your story!
Thank you.
You have big goals and are taking on a lot, girlfriend, if you’re going back to work! I have already started on my August goals, having two lunches (and today is just the 3rd) with girlfriends I will probably neglect as I prepare to meet my class on Aug 24th. I am soon ready…have already run off handouts and made lesson plans and “goodies” for the first three (three hour) sessions. My students better get ready because, “Send me in, coach, I’M ready!) My problem is putting plans on hold until I see the class and determine what their needs are as a class and as individuals. I’ve already mapped out the syllabus for the semester! I CAN’T WAIT. August is gonna’ be a good month.
Work is over for the summer! I have the next five weeks off, so August should be a productive one. 🙂
I’m sure you feel accomplished with all you’ve gotten done so far. Good for you!
Wow! Good luck with your reading goals! Id like to stay committed to this blog, and even more committed to my YouTube channel. I used to be active on YouTube, and I ended up leaving. But Im coming back with a re-launch and I want it to be awesome! Im working hard on it and I want to stick with it! Great post, again good luck with your goals! -Steph (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAlB5cFM_T6-cYj3HIsyFAw/about)
Thank you!
Good luck with your goals as well. I know YouTube is a tricky, time-consuming task. All the best. 🙂
Thank you so much!
