Weekend Plans

As another week comes to a close, everyone asks the same question: what are you planning this weekend?

Most of the time, my answer is nothing. I try to work on my writing and personal projects, unless I’m actually busy with friends or family occasions.

However, it’s Memorial weekend this weekend. So the question has been modified to: what are you doing this long weekend?

Everyone at work says they’re relaxing and that they’re not doing anything too special for the long weekend.

Me? I have big plans!

–Finish May blog posts (only three left!)
–Start June blog posts
–Edit stories from my writers group

–Work on writing-related project with Kris

–Work on Sunday school curriculum for next year

–Spring cleaning!

My weekend is work-filled, but it’s all good work. It’s fun work. (Yes, Kris. Spring cleaning is fun despite anything you say.)

There you have it. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a lot done this upcoming weekend.

What are you doing this weekend?

  1. What am I doing this weekend? Writing, editing, D&D, writing, writing, writing, editing. 😛

I don’t have any big-big plans. That could always change though. 🙂

      1. I don’t know, but I always complained about school here. I’m beginning to realize my schools are better than yours, lol. We get certain holidays off and get out earlier.

  2. Saturday- Working during the day and trying to sneak away at lunchtime to make sure Glasgow Rangers are winning their play off game against Hibernian in the Scottish Championship. I’ll probably end up watching a movie when I get home.

Sunday- Weekly grocery shopping trip, mess about with my Son for the afternoon.

    Monday- Work again!

      1. It’s a Bank Holiday in England but not in Scotland. I live right on the border so whilst I live in Scotland I work in England. We’re still open on Monday even if it is shorter hours (11am-4pm as opposed to the usual 9-5:30).

Let me know what you think!
