Bloglovin’

Show of hands: who knows what Bloglovin’ is?

I’m sure most, if not all, know exactly what it is since we’re all bloggers here.

Bloglovin’ is basically a giant catalog of blogs from WordPress, Blogger, Blogspot, etc. It’s an easier way to follow more blogs you love and they’re conveniently all in one place for you.

Show of hands: guess whose blog is on Bloglovin’?

Mine, of course. I don’t know if someone put my blog on there or if Bloglovin’ is one of those sites that just knows these things, but I found it. So I claimed it as my own because, well… it’s mine.

With that being said, if you’re on Bloglovin’ feel free to follow me through there as well as here.

I went through a found a few of my WordPress friends on Bloglovin’ and started following them on there as well. Some blogs I couldn’t find. Again, I’m not sure how Bloglovin’ works because my blog was already on there and I didn’t post it. I just found out it existed not too long ago.

There’s my shameless plugging for the day. Follow me here, follow me there, follow me everywhere! You guys know where to find me.

Speaking of that, my Contact Me page has been updated.

Happy Monday, everyone!

  1. I never would have thought of updating the contacts page with social media links. *facepalm*

I have heard of Bloglovin’ but I’ve never been on the site. If I’m there, I’m not certain how I got there either.

    1. Lol, go do that now! 😉 Yeah, I’m not entirely sure how Bloglovin’ works, either. I just figured since my blog is on there I might as well brag about it. 🙂

    1. It annoying to claim it, though. You have to put a special link in a published post and the link didn’t work for me. So I published the post, claimed the blog, and then edited my post taking the link out, lol.

      1. I was wondering if that would work. I’ll have to try it at some point. Gets annoying since all of my social media is connected to my blog, so it’ll go everywhere. Thinking of doing it for my usual ‘goal post’ just so I don’t muck around with anything else.

      2. That’s a good idea. When I posted the link it was supposed to turn into a button or something, but it just stayed as a plain link and looked out of place.

  2. I’ve been following you on there for awhile now, actually – guess I’m ahead of the game 😉 It’s much more user-friendly than the WP reader, which is what I really like about it. Plus, you can aggregate blogs from all your feeds rather than having to visit 2 billion each day.

    1. I noticed that… thank you! Bloglovin’ does look like a clean website. I have to explore it some more, though. I’m sure I’ll find many other blogs to follow and than I end up following way more than I anticipated, lol.

Let me know what you think!
